AZ777 Terms and Conditions — Rules & User Agreement for Pakistan

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and AZ777 ("AZ777", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for or using any service provided through az777.wine, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

AZ777 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under a valid gaming licence. AZ777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of AZ777 following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement

If at any point we have reason to believe a player is under 18, their account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds held in a suspended underage account will not be returned until satisfactory proof of age is provided; if the player is confirmed to be under 18, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

Disqualified Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an AZ777 account, regardless of age:

• Employees of AZ777 and their immediate family members
• Persons acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms
• Persons who have registered using false identity information

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on AZ777. This applies per person, per household and per device. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a family member's details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. AZ777 uses IP tracking, device fingerprinting and payment method analysis to identify duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated bonuses forfeited; where fraud is suspected, deposits may also be withheld pending investigation.

Accurate Registration Details

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering your AZ777 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address and valid contact details. If any of your details change after registration, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting AZ777 support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your AZ777 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. AZ777 will never ask for your password by phone, email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify AZ777 support immediately and change your password. AZ777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

AZ777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including — but not limited to — when you register, when you make a withdrawal, when you reach certain deposit thresholds, or when any suspicious activity is flagged on your account. Standard documents requested include a government-issued ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal Conditions

6. Bonuses & Promotions

AZ777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Using bonuses for professional arbitrage, matched betting or systematic exploitation of bonus terms is prohibited.
• AZ777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was awarded in error or that AZ777 reasonably believes was claimed through circumvention of the promotion rules.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• When a player holds both real money and bonus money, real money is always wagered first.

Wagering Requirements

Most AZ777 bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must place bets totalling a multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Typical wagering requirements at AZ777 range from 3x to 10x depending on the promotion type. All games contribute to wagering, with sports bets and casino slots counting at 100% and live dealer games counting at 30%.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that have not been wagered through within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion) will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Referral Bonuses

AZ777's Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 1,000 for each qualifying referral. 7. Sports Betting Rules

AZ777's sports betting section covers cricket, football and other major sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on AZ777.

Bet Acceptance

AZ777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. This includes — but is not limited to — bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, bets from accounts suspected of engaging in match fixing or corruption, and bets that exceed AZ777's liability limits for a given market.

Odds & Pricing

Odds are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet slip is submitted may differ from the final accepted odds if the market moved between submission and confirmation. AZ777 will always notify you of the new odds before finalising your bet and you may choose to accept or decline the revised price.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets on AZ777 are subject to a brief processing delay. During this delay, outcomes that have already been determined may result in bet rejection if AZ777's systems detect a late submission. Bets rejected on this basis will have their stakes returned to your balance.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event not taking place as scheduled, the event being abandoned after insufficient play, a pricing error by AZ777, or technical failure affecting the integrity of the market. Void bets have their stakes returned to the player's balance.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• For Pakistan internationals and PSL matches, the official result as declared by the respective board (PCB/PSL) governs the settlement of all bets.
• In the event of a DLS (Duckworth–Lewis–Stern) result, the official DLS result is used for settlement.
• Player performance markets are settled based on official scorecards from the relevant board.

8. Casino & Games Rules

Live Dealer Games

Maximum Winnings

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud AZ777 or other players, including chargebacks on deposits, collusion in multiplayer games or use of stolen payment methods

• Cheating: Use of automated bots, scripts, third-party software or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any AZ777 game

• Money Laundering: Using AZ777 accounts as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. AZ777 is required to and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access and use your AZ777 account, whether for betting or any other purpose

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

AZ777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While AZ777 takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or downtime at all times. AZ777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure or events outside AZ777's reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss of internet connection on the player's end during a live game or in-play bet
• Any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from platform use

AZ777's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of bets placed by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

13. Account Closure & Termination

Closure by Player

You may close your AZ777 account at any time by contacting support. Before processing closure, AZ777 will confirm your identity and ensure there are no pending withdrawal requests or unresolved disputes. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after the closure is confirmed.

Termination by AZ777

AZ777 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in circumstances including confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or on instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement body. Where an account is closed for cause, AZ777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation; where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited entirely.

14. Changes to These Terms

AZ777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — AZ777 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered on your account and through a notice on the platform homepage. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notification.

Continued use of AZ777 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with material changes, you should close your account before the revised Terms take effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
